摘　　要：中国传统文化经历数千年,创造出其自身独特的民族性格、心理特质,并创造、形成了丰富而深厚的管理、道德、人际交往、价值观、生活方式等等人类智慧。从道德修养到健全人格塑造,中国优秀传统文化有许多可以借鉴、吸收、传承、创新的内容,作为公务员的个体有必要也应该汲取本民族的优秀文化不断提升自身修养,作为公民中的一员也有责任营造和谐的氛围,树立良好的榜样。相关研究发现,道德品质修养对生理健康和心理健康的影响很大,正确的世界观、人生观、价值观、道德观是克服心理问题的基础。为此本文从"义利"、"情欲"、"人际"、"道德人格"四个维度结合中国传统文化论证公务员的道德修养。Chinese traditional culture has experienced thousands of years,creating its own unique national character and psychological characteristics,and created and formed rich and profound human wisdom of management,morality,interpersonal communication,values,life style and so on. From moral cultivation to perfect personality,Chinese excellent traditional culture has a lot to learn and absorb,inheritance and innovation,as a civil servant individual necessary should also learn the national excellent culture and constantly improve their own self-cultivation. As a member of the citizens,we have the responsibility to create a harmonious atmosphere and set a good example. Related studies have found that moral character cultivation has great influence on physical health and mental health. Correct world outlook,outlook on life,values and morality are the foundation to overcome psychological problems. Therefore,this paper,from the four dimensions of ＂righteousness and interest＂,＂love＂,＂interpersonal＂,＂moral personality＂,combined with Chinese traditional culture to demonstrate the moral cultivation of civil servants.
