摘　　要：创新是促进产业升级的根本途径,通过将网络理论与失败学习理论引入企业创新研究,以失败学习作为中介变量,构建了创新网络与企业低成本创新之间关系的概念模型。基于168份问卷数据的实证分析,发现创新网络的联结强度与位置中心度能够有效促进低成本创新,而联结广度对低成本创新的作用不显著;创新网络三个维度均对失败学习具有正向作用;失败学习也能够促进低成本创新,同时失败学习在创新网络与低成本创新关系中起部分中介作用。Innovation is the fundamental way to promote industry upgrading，according to the theory of the net— work and learning from failures，the conceptual model of the relationship between innovation network and low—cost innovation is built through the learning from failures as an intermediary variable．Based on the data of 1 68 question— naires，the empirical analysis shows that，the connection strength and the center of position can effectively promote low —cost innovation，effect of the connection span on low —cost innovation is not significant，innovation network has a positive role on learning from failure，and learning from failure can also strengthen low — cost innovation， while learning from failure has a mediating effect on the relationship between innovation network and low ——cost in-- novation．
