摘 要:本文针对石墨材料多孔、结构不致密、气孔率较高、机械强度低的缺点,设计制备了无机硅基浸渗剂,以降低石墨材料的开孔率。实验结果表明浸渗剂的最佳配方工艺为:硅酸钠70g、四硼酸钠30g、分散剂14g、表面活性剂10g。使用该浸渗剂对石墨材料进行浸渗后,其开孔率由20.01降低到了12.88%,开孔率降低率为35.63%。In view of the shortcomings of porous materials, dense structure and high porosity, an inorganic silicon based impregnation agent was designed to reduce the porosity of graphite materials. The experimental results show that the best formulation process of impregnating agent is sodium silicate 70g, four sodium borate 30g, dispersant 14g and surfactant 10g. The opening rate of graphite material is reduced from 20.01 to 12.88% and the rate of opening rate is reduced to 35.63% after impregnating the graphite material by using the impregnation agent.
