摘　　要：目的通过测定ICU患者的护理工时，确定ICU的护理工作量，为合理配置ICU护理人力资源提供依据。方法随机选取ICU5周内收治的患者133例进行护理工时测定，计算ICU的实际护理工作量。结果①最耗时的直接、间接护理项目分别是血液透析和书写危重患者记录单；②与静脉输液相关的护理项目操作频次较高、耗时较多；③不同工作日患者人均直接护理工时、人均间接护理工时、人均个人活动工时比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）；④白班患者人均直接护理工时大于夜班；⑤直接、间接护理工时和个人活动工时占总工时的比例为55．25％、36．46％、8．29％；⑥理论床护比应为1：3．3。结论测定ICU护理工作量可为科学配置ICU护理人力资源提供依据。Objective To decide ICU nursing workload through measuring the nursing work hours of ICU patients so as to provide basis for reasonably allocate ICU nursing human resource. Methods A total of 133 patients treated with ICU in 5 weeks were randomly selected to measure the nursing hours and calculate the actual nursing workload of ICU. Results ①The most time-consuming direct and indirect care items were hemodialysis and the writing of critical patient records. ② The operation frequency of nursing programs related to intravenous infusion was higher and time-consuming. ③There was no statistically significant difference in the per capita direct nursing hours, per capita indirect nursing hours, and per capita personal activity hours （P〉0. 05）. ④The per capita direct nursing work of the patients in the white class was greater than the night shift. ⑤ The direct and indirect nursing hours and individual work hours were in the proportion of 55.25% , 36. 46% and 8.29%. ⑥The theoretical bed nursing workers should be in the proportion of 1 ： 3.3. Conclusions Measuring ICU nursing workload can provide basis for scientifically allocating ICU nursing human resource.
