摘  要:针对长庆分支水平井大斜度井段、长水平段,润滑防卡问题,研制了一种新型固体润滑剂,室内评价表明,固体润滑剂加量达3.0%时,体系润滑系数降低率达80.3%,且具有较好的抗温性,不影响泥浆性能,不发泡,不伤害储层。在长北气田进行了1口双分支水平井的现场试验,扭矩均控制40 k N·m以内,两长水平段整个施工安全顺利,无一次遇阻、遇卡现象,泥浆润滑性好,起下钻畅通无阻,每次下钻一次到底,表现出良好的润滑效果。In consideration of lubricating and anti-sticking in highly-deviated well sections and long horizontal sections of branched horizontal wells in Changqing Oilfield,a new solid lubricant was developed.The results of laboratory evaluation have shown that the lubrication factor of the system can be reduced by80. 3% when 3. 0% of solid lubricant is added and that this solid lubricant is good in heat resistance and it does not affect the properties of mud,does not foam,and does not damage the reservoir. A field test was conducted at the condition that the torque was controlled below 40 k N. m in a dually branched horizontal well of Changbei Gasfield. The construction of two long horizontal sections was carried out safely and successfully from start to finish without any tight pulling or pipe sticking,the mud lubricity was good,the tripping was unobstructed,and drilling through down to the bottom was realized every time,indicating that the lubricating effect was good.
