摘　　要：教育质量是学校的生命线。各中职学校都设立了督导室,制定了督导制度,做好督导工作对中等职业学校的教育教学质量和人才培养质量起着重要的作用。在日常的教育教学工作中,做好教学诊断与改进工作,发挥督导的作用。The quality of education is the lifeline of the school.All secondary vocational schools have set up supervision rooms and established supervision systems.Doing a good job of supervision plays an important role in the quality of education and teaching and the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools.In daily education and teaching,it is necessary to do a good job in teaching diagnosis and improvement,and play the role of supervision.
