摘 要:食品安全不仅是消费者对生命与健康的现实需要,更表现为其对安全与安心的心理诉求。现有理论大多只针对人们在食品安全物质层面的需求进行分析,而无法将人们的物质需求和精神渴望融合在统一的框架下进行探讨。相比于传统的经济理论,广义虚拟经济理论能够更好的解释和分析食品安全问题,具体表现为:一方面食品安全究其内涵体现了广义虚拟经济的明显特征;另一方面,广义虚拟经济理论因具有更全面、更统一与更包容的性质,在食品安全问题上具有更优越的解释力。最后,本文针对如何将广义虚拟经济理论与食品安全问题相结合提出了展望。Food safety problem is not only consumers' demand for healthy life, but also manifest their need in safety and relieved. Current theories put more emphasize in the material needs, but did not combine the material needs and physiological demand into a same framework to discuss. In contrary, the theory of generalized virtual economy can explain the food safety better, because firstly, the conception of food safety shows same characteristic of generalized virtual economy obviously, and secondly, the theory of generalized virtual economy embrace the properties of comprehensive, unification and compatibility that can explain food safety problem better than other theories. Finally, some expectations are proposed to show how to put the generalized virtual economy theory into application.
