附着龈重建应用于口腔种植修复中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析附着龈重建应用于口腔种植修复中的临床效果。方法 86例接受口腔种植修复治疗的患者,根据治疗方式不同分为重建组和传统组,每组43例。重建组患者采用附着龈重建术治疗,传统组患者采用传统种牙龈缝合治疗。比较两组患者术后3、6个月的牙齿种植周附着龈宽度、牙龈边缘外形以及美观度,同时观察比较两组的探诊深度、菌斑改良指数以及出血指数。结果术后3、6个月,两组的牙齿种植周附着龈宽度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,重建组牙龈边缘外形以及美观度优于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重建组的探诊深度(1.65±0.45)mm、菌斑改良指数(0.56±0.32)以及出血指数(0.70±0.55)均低于传统组的(2.98±0.61)mm、(0.79±0.66)、(0.99±0.75),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔种植修复中,附着龈重建治疗可改善患者的牙齿种植周附着龈宽度和美观度,具有较好的临床使用意义。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of adherent gingival reconstruction in oral implant repair.Methods A total of 86 patients treated with oral implant repair were divided by different treatment methods into reconstruction group and traditional group,with 43 cases in each group.Reconstruction group was treated with adherent gingival reconstruction,and the traditional group was treated with traditional gingival suture.Adherent gingival width of periodontal ligament,appearance of gingival edge and beauty in postoperative 3 and 6 months was compared between the two groups.Diagnostic depth,plaque improvement index and bleeding index in two groups was observed and compared between the two groups.Results In postoperative 3 and 6 months,both groups had statistically significant difference in adherent gingival width of periodontal ligament（P〈0.05）.In postoperative 3 and 6 months,reconstruction group had better appearance of gingival edge and beauty than traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Reconstruction group had lower diagnostic depth as（1.65±0.45）mm,plaque improvement index as（0.56±0.32）and bleeding index as（0.70±0.55）than（2.98±0.61）mm,（0.79±0.66）and（0.99±0.75）in traditional group,and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In ral implant repair,adherent gingival reconstruction therapy contains better clinical using significance,and it can improve the adherent gingival width of periodontal ligament and beauty.
