摘  要:当前我国的教师教育改革出现了教师资格证书与教师专业教育衔接不足、教师专业教育难以适应新的教师专业制度要求等问题。借鉴一直在两个相互衔接且互为支撑的路径上推进的美国教师教育专业化进程,即通过实施严格的教师资格证书制度以保证中小学教师队伍的整体质量与水平和通过专业组织实施基于标准的专业认证以持续提升教师教育机构的教师专业教育的层次与质量,当前我国教师教育专业化进程必须从制度层面加强教师资格证书与教师专业教育的衔接,建立与之相匹配的教师教育机构认可制度。The professionalizing process of American Teacher Education in past over hundred years is on the two connected ways:one is to establish and improve the Teacher Certificate System for assuring school teachers' quality;the other one is to implement professional accreditation based on standards for promoting teacher education institutions' training level and quality.In order to solve the problems emerging in the process of teacher education reformin China in past 20 years,the connections between the Teacher Certificat System and the professional teacher education should be strengthened systematically and the Accreditation system of teacher education institutions should be established simultaneously.
