摘 要:以泰州石化加氢基础油为原料,采用不同类型黏度指数改进剂与液压油复合剂,调合得到L-HV46低温液压油,对其黏度指数、泡沫性、空气释放值、抗乳化、剪切安定性等关键性能进行考察,筛选出符合GB 11118.1-2011质量标准的黏度指数改进剂方案,确保所研制的L-HV46低温液压油具有优异的黏温性能和低温性能,满足液压传动系统的工况要求。Different types of viscosity index improvers and hydraulic oil compound additive were applied to prepare L-HV46 low temperature hydraulic oil by taking CNOOC Taizhou hydrogenation base oil as raw materials.Through studying the key properties such as viscosity index,anti-foam,air release,demulsification and shear stability,the viscosity index improver met the requirements of GB11118.1-2011 was selected to ensure the developed L-HV46 low temperature hydraulic oil has excellent viscosity-temperature and low temperature performances and can satisfy the operation condition of the hydraulic drive system.
