摘　　要：本文针对新的历史条件下环境管理对"全面、准确、客观、真实"的监测数据的迫切需求,分析了目前环境监测质量管理存在的问题,提出了进一步完善质量管理体系;加强领导,强化制度落实;加强宣传教育,提升全员质量意识;加强监测业务培训,提高监测人员业务素质;创新环境监测质量管理手段,实施全过程质量控制;保证监测投入,保障质量管理工作的顺利开展;主动引入外部监督检查;建立质控指标体系,完善质控评价体系等提升监测质量管理效能的对策措施。Problems existed in quality management of environmental monitoring currently were discussed,for the demand of"comprehensive,accurate,objective and true date"of Environmental management in the new situation.Some countermeasures were put forward,include "improve the quality management system,strengthen leadership and system implementation,strengthen education and improve quality awareness,strengthen training and improve business quality,innovative management means and quality control through whole process,ensure input and development of quality management,introduce external supervision and check,establish index system for quality control and？perfect the evaluation system".
