先进湾区生态环保历程及对浙江大湾区建设的经验启示

摘　　要：旧金山湾区、东京湾区和粤港澳湾区是国际国内发展较为成功的先进湾区。旧金山湾区、东京湾区都经历了先污染后治理的过程,生态环境保护历程长期而艰巨;粤港澳湾区的区域协作为珠三角地区的发展奠定了良好的生态基础。湾区是浙江未来发展的重要战略空间,这些先进湾区发展过程中的环保经验给浙江大湾区建设的生态环保工作提供了诸多借鉴启示。The San Francisco Bay Area,the Tokyo Bay Area and the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area are the most successfully developed bay areas in the world.The San Francisco Bay Area and the Tokyo Bay Area were both heavily polluted before effective control actions were taken.The processes of eco-environment protection have been protracted and arduous.The regional cooperation in the Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao Bay Area has laid a good ecological foundation for the development of the Pearl River Delta.Bay area is an important strategic space for development of Zhejiang Province in the future.The eco-environmental experiences of these advanced bay areas provide important implication and reference to the construction of the Zhejiang Bay Area.
