摘　　要：裘皮行业属于高消耗、高排放、高污染型传统行业,随着生态文明建设的推进,为促进裘皮行业的节能减排和绿色发展,建立实行循环经济发展模式的裘皮产业园区具有重要的现实意义。以河北肃宁为例,将裘皮企业集聚入园、统一治污、统一管理,基于园区现状和当地裘皮产业发展情况,依据工业生态学原理,打造并拓展园区生态产业链,发展新兴产业,建立一个以循环、清洁、生态为特征的园区,实现养殖生态化、裘皮加工清洁化、资源能源利用高效化、废物产生和排放最小化的绿色循环发展模式。The fur industry belongs to the traditional industries which are featured by high consumption,high emission and high pollution.With the development of ecological civilization construction,it is of great significance to establish the fur industrial park that implements the circular economy development model to promote the energy conservation,emission reduction and green development.Suning County,Hebei Provence was studied as a case,of which the fur enterprises gathered in the industrial park with centralized treatments of pollutants and unified management.Based on the present situation of the industrial park,development of the local fur industry and the principle of industrial ecology,the eco-industrial chain of the park was built and the emerging industries was developed.An industrial park was established with the feature of recycling,cleaning and ecology where the green cycle development pattern would be realized,which was characterized by ecological culturing,clean fur processing,efficient resources/energy use and the minimization generation/emissions of pollution.
