摘　　要：建设生态文明是实现科学发展的重要基础,是实现中华民族永续发展的必然选择。本文在深入分析了吉林省生态文明建设背景的基础上,提出了吉林省的优势条件及制约因素,为加快吉林省生态文明建设提供了理论依据。The construction of ecological civilization is an important foundation for the realization of scientific development and an inevitable choice to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.This article is analyzed on the ecological civilization construction background in Jilin province,and puts forward the advantages and restricting factors of Jilin province,in order to speed up the Jilin province provides a theoretical basis for construction of ecological civilization.
