摘　　要：目的 探讨腺苷酸激酶4（AK4）在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。 方法 回顾性分析85例接受根治手术治疗的前列腺癌患者的临床资料。使用免疫组织化学法检测前列腺癌组织和相应癌旁组织中的AK4表达，分析其与临床病理学特征的关系。 结果 AK4在前列腺癌和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为85.9%和38.8%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。AK4的异常表达和癌症复发及远处转移相关（均P〈0.05）。AK4高表达的前列腺癌患者生存时间明显低于低表达的患者，差异具有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0．05）。 结论 前列腺癌组织中，AK4的表达上调，与癌远处转移和脉管内瘤栓有关，AK4的表达可能提示前列腺癌患者预后不良。Objective To investigate the expression of adenylate kinase 4（AK4）in prostate cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with prostate cancer who have underwent radical surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of AK4 in prostate cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry to analyze the relationship with clinicopathological features.Results The positive rates of AK4 in prostate cancer and paracancerous tissues were 85.9% and 38.8% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The abnormal expression of AK4 was correlated with recurrence and distant metastasis（all P〈0.05）.The survival time of AK4-overexpressing patients with prostate cancer was significantly lower than that of AK4 low-expression patients,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The expression of AK4 in prostate cancer tissues is up-regulated,which is related to the distant metastasis of carcinoma and vascular tumor thrombus,which suggests that the expression of AK4 may indicate the poor prognosis of patients with prostate cancer.
