摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在颅咽管瘤术后患者中进行药学监护的作用。方法:针对中国人民解放军总医院神经外科2016年5月至2017年6月期间27名颅咽管瘤切除术患者围手术期常见的并发症,结合实际病例,分析临床药师进行药物治疗建议、药学监护及对患者用药教育等工作的价值。结果:临床药师结合患者实际情况,进行全程药学监护和用药教育,提高了患者的治疗效果。结论:临床药师对颅咽管瘤术后患者中进行药学监护有利于提高患者的预后,具有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical significance and value of pharmaceutical care after craniopharyngioma resection. Methods： A series of cases after craniopharyngioma resection with different complications in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were analysed and summarized to show the value of pharmacists through medication education and pharmaceutical care. Results： Clinical pharmacists could improve the clinical outcomes by providing personalized medication service in entire process of therapy. Conclusion： It is very important for clinical pharmacists involving in the medication therapy for craniopharyngioma resection patients.
