义齿稳固剂对老年全口义齿佩戴者相关生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用义齿稳固剂对老年全口义齿佩戴者口腔健康相关生活质量(Oral Health-Related Quality of Life,OHRQoL)的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年6月收治的老年牙列缺失患者60例,将其随机分成对照组和试验组,各30例。采用口腔健康影响程度量表中文版(Oral Health Impact Profile,OHIP-14)来评价生活质量。全口义齿初戴时由患者本人填写OHIP-14量表。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,试验组在对照组基础上使用义齿稳固剂,修复3个月后再次填写OHIP-14量表。采用SPSS22.0软件包对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果:全口义齿初戴时试验组的OHIP-14量表总分为(17.13±3.937),对照组OHIP-14量表总分为(15.43±4.032),两组无统计学差异;修复3个月后试验组的OH IP-14量表总分为(8.20±2.511)分,显著低于对照组(13.30±3.789)分,差异主要体现在口腔功能上的限制、生理性疼痛、生理障碍、心理障碍四个方面。结论:使用义齿稳固剂可提高老年全口义齿佩戴者口腔健康相关的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the effect of denture adhesives on Oral Health-Related Quality of Life（OHRQoL）of elderly edentulous patients with complete dentures.Methods：Divided 60 elderly edentulous patients（treated in Jan 2016-Jun 2017）into the test group and the control group randomly,30 persons per group.The Chinese version of the Oral Health Impact Profile-14（OHIP-14）was used to evaluate OHRQoL.They were invited to fill the questionnaire of OHIP-14 after complete denture prostheses replacement.Patients of the test group used denture adhesives according to the manufacture＇s suggestions.Three months later of complete denture prosthesis replacement,patients of two groups were invited to fill the questionnaire again.SPSS 22.0 software package was used for data analysis.Results：The total OHIP-14 scores of patients of the test group（17.13±3.937）and the control group（15.43±4.032）were not statistically different after treatment.Three months later of complete denture prosthesis replacement,the total OHIP-14 scores of patients of the test group（8.20± 2.511）were lower significantly than controls（13.30 ±3.789）,including functional limitation domain、physical pain domain、physical disability domain and psychological disability domain.Conclusion：Denture adhesives can be used to improve OHRQoL of elderly edentulous patients with complete dentures.
