公安院校学生入学与毕业时人格对比研究

摘　　要：大学阶段是学生人格养成的关键时期,由于职业的特殊性,公安院校对学生人格培养和完善具有更高的标准和要求。受公安教育体制的影响,当前我国很多警察院校都采用警务化管理模式。为考察这一管理模式的有效性及其对公安院校大学生人格发展的影响,参考优秀民警人格特质,以16PF人格测验为测量工具,对某公安院校部分学生入学和毕业时的人格特质变化情况及影响因素进行了深入研究。研究结果显示,公安院校毕业生在聪慧性等7项人格特质上发展趋势理想;在恃强性等6项人格特质上发展趋势不理想,与此同时,学业及工作、自我角色定位等对公安院校学生人格发展影响显著。未来,公安院校学生管理工作应重视人格健康和优秀警察人格特质的培养,并在实际工作中加大对榜样的宣传。The police colleges have require more for the students who is in the key period for the cultivation of personality owing to the particularity of public security work.In order to investigate the effectiveness of police management model,which is adopted by the police colleges,and its influence on the personality development of students,a comparative study on the personality of student in police college at enrollment and graudation is implemented,taking the personality traits of excellent police as a reference and the 16 PF personality test as a measuring tool.The result shows that not all of the personality traits are modeled perfectly,and academic work,self role orientation shed light on the personality.Therefore,we should improve the quality of good personality,pay attention to the construction of personality health,and promote the role of example.
