摘　　要：提升农村幼儿园园长的专业素质是切实提高农村学前教育质量的重要途径。当前农村幼儿园园长培训主要存在培训机会少、偏重理论学习和忽视园长综合素质提高等问题。提升农村幼儿园园长培训的有效性需要做好培训的前期调查,合理制订培训方案,选择合适的培训内容和培训方式,并加强对培训过程的管理。The quality of rural preschool education is up to the qualities of rural kindergarten leaders, but the kindergarten leaders lack the opportunities of training and the training at present lays particular stress on the theory and their development of comprehensive qualities is ignored. In order to promote the training efficiency, more attention should be. paid to the investigation and the training scheme, and the management of the training process should be strengthened.
