摘  要:甜玉米种子含糖量高、淀粉积累少,组织结构疏松,收获后种子活力下降快,并且甜玉米丧失种用价值后一般没有转商价值,会造成很大的经济损失。本试验采用不同的物理分级方法对5个甜玉米品种的种子进行了精选分级,并测定了分级后种子的发芽指标和生理生化指标。结果表明,溶液法和风选法均能通过对种子分级得到高活力种子。Sweet corn seeds because of their high sugar content, low starch accumulation, and loose organizational structure ,and seed vigor of sweet corn drops quickly after harvest, and after they lose their breeding utilization values, sweet corn seeds generally can't be used for commercial purposes, which can cause great economic loss. In this experiment, the seeds of five sweet corn varieties were graded by different physical selection methods. Subsequently, germination indexes and physiological and biochemical indexes of the seeds were measured.The results showed that both the solution method and the wind sifting method were able to obtain high vigorous seed.
