摘　　要：肿瘤是当今危害人类健康的常见病和多发病,肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后评估已经成为现阶段研究的一个主要方向。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是一类不具备编码蛋白能力的RNA,在肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及耐药等多个过程中均发挥着重要的作用。而近来,少量研究发现LncRNA在乳腺癌、肺癌、消化系统肿瘤等患者的外周血中也存在着稳定的表达,可见外周血中的LncRNA与肿瘤存在着某种密不可分的关联性。Cancer is a common and frequently-occurring disease that threatens human health. Diagnosis, treatments and prognosis evaluation of cancer are hot research topics in clinical practice. Long non-coding RNAs （LneRNAs） are a novel class of non-protein coding RNA molecules, which have been confirmed to be associated with tumorigenesis, tumor growth, invasion and metastasis and drug resistance. Some researchers have found stable expressions of LncRNAs in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer, lung cancer and digestive system tumors. This paper systematically reviewed the relationship between circulating LncRNAs and cancer.
