摘 要:采用不同的锻压变形量对钢制机械刀片进行了锻压,并在室温进行了磨损和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在始锻温度1130℃、终锻温度860℃和模具预热温度350℃时,随锻压变形量从5%增大至15%,刀片的磨损和冲击性能均先提高后下降。与5%变形量相比,13%变形量的锻压刀片磨损体积减小了64%,冲击吸收能增大了34%。钢制机械刀片的锻压变形量优选为13%。The steel mechanical blades were forged by using different deformations, and the testing and analysis of wear and impact properties were carried out at room temperature. The results show that when the initial forging temperature is 1130℃, the final forging temperature is 860℃ and the die preheating temperature is 350℃, the wear resistance and impact properties of blades firstly increase and then decrease with forging deformation increasing from 5% to 15%. Compared with 5%deformation, the wear volume of the forging blade with 13% deformation decreases by 64%, and the impact absorbing power increases by 34%.The forging deformation of the steel mechanical blade is preferably 13%.
