摘 要:蜂王浆由青年工蜂咽下腺和上颚腺等腺体分泌,是专供蜜蜂小幼虫和蜂王食用的浆状物质,略带甜、酸、辛辣味,是一种重要的蜂产品。蜂王浆富含多种活性成分,因此蜂王浆不仅被作为一种保健品,而且其在医药领域的应用也备受关注。蜂王浆具有抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、免疫调节以及促进组织生长等功能。近年来,为明确蜂王浆的功能机制,国内外学者进行了许多动物水平和细胞水平的体内外试验。文章归纳和总结了王浆不同成分的药理作用研究概况。Royal jelly is an important bee product secreted from the hypopharyngeal and mandibular glands of young worker honey bees. It is slightly sweet, sour, astringent and acrid. It is the exclusive food for larvae and the queen bee. Royal jelly has been used not only as nutrient but also as a supplementary remedy due to the pharmacological properties. Royal jelly is believed to have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, anti-aging, immunomodulatory, and tissue growth stimulating effects. In recent years, in order to elucidate the function of royal jelly, researchers in the worldwide have carried out a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments at both animal and cellular levels. This review summarizes pharmacological functions of different components of royal jelly.
