摘　　要：目的观察人前列腺上皮细胞(BPH-1细胞)对人成纤维细胞(HFF-1细胞)TGF-β_1、α-SMA表达的影响。方法将BPH-1细胞与HFF-1细胞非接触性共培养(共培养组),另单独培养HFF-1细胞(对照组),Western blot方法检测两组HFF-1细胞的TGF-β_1、α-SMA蛋白表达。结果与对照组相比,共培养组HFF-1细胞TGF-β_1、α-SMA表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列腺上皮细胞可能对成纤维细胞TGF-β_1、α-SMA的表达起到抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Prostatic epithelial cell（BPH-1 cells）on the expression of TGF-β1 andα-SMA in human fibroblasts cells（HFF-1 cells）.Methods HFF-1 cells were co-cultured with BPH-1 cells（co-culture group）and without BPH-1 cells（control group）,respectively.The expression of TGF-β1 andα-SMA protein in HFF-1 cells was surveyed by Western blotting（WB）.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of TGF-β1 andα-SMA in HFF-1 cells in co-culture group was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Prostatic epithelial cells may inhibit the expression of TGF-β1 andα-SMA in fibroblasts cells.
