纵切面和横切面超声引导在真空辅助乳腺良性肿瘤微创旋切术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析在真空辅助乳腺良性肿瘤的微创旋切手术之中行横切面与纵切面超声引导有效性。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月在惠东县妇幼保健院行真空辅助微创旋切手术治疗的乳腺良性肿瘤患者387例,采取随机抽样方式分组,对照组187例患者采取横切面超声引导治疗,观察组200例患者则联合纵切面和横切面超声引导下真空辅助乳腺良性肿瘤的微创旋切手术治疗,观察治疗的效果。结果:观察组患者平均旋切次数、平均旋切时间明显比对照组少,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的28.34%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在真空辅助乳腺良性肿瘤的微创旋切手术之中行纵切面和横切面超声引导能够降低并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of ultrasonographic guidance of transverse section and longitudinal section in the minimally invasive operation of benign tumor of the breast. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 387 patients with benign breast tumor treated by vacuum assisted minimally invasive surgery in Huidong County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 187 patients in the control group were treated by transversal ultrasound guidance, while 200 patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive rotary surgery combined with longitudinal section and transverse vacuum surgery for benign breast neoplasms, and the effect of the treatment was observed. Results The average cutting time of the patients in the study group was significantly smaller than that of the reference group, P 〈0.05,which was statistically significant.The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00 %,which was significantly less than 28.34 % of the control group,and the comparison between groups was significantly different, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Ultrasonographic guidance can reduce the incidence of complications and can be promoted in the minimally invasive operation of the benign tumor.
