摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因TIP3在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取病理科存档的膀胱尿路上皮癌蜡块共50例,采用En Vision二步法免疫组化检测TIP3基因的表达,并分析膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中TIP30表达与病理特征的关系。另选取癌旁组织(距肿瘤缘3~5 cm)30例作为对照组。结果膀胱尿路上皮癌标本中TIP30的阳性率低于癌旁组织(χ~2=26.82,P<0.01)。膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中TIP30表达与性别、年龄与肿瘤是否复发等病理特征无关(P>0.05),与浸润深度和病理分级等病理特征密切相关(P<0.05)。结论膀胱尿路上皮癌中TIP30表达存在明显下调趋势,其表达下调或失表达极有可能促进膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生和发展,并与其恶性程度与浸润深度呈负相关,参与其病情的转移和浸润的过程。Objective To discuss the expression and clinical significance of tumor metastasis suppressor gene TIP3 on bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue. Methods 50 cases of wax block of patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue, which were stored in department of pathology, were selected, the expression of TIP3 was detected by En Vision Two-step immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expression of the TIP3 on bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue and pathological features was analyzed as well. The 30 cases of tissues near cancer tissues（3-5 cm near to cancer tissues）were selected as control group. Results The positive rates of TIP3 on bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue were much lower than that on tissues near cancer tissues（χ^2=26.82, P〈0.01）. The expression of TIP3 on bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue had no obvious relation with gender, age, reoccurrence of tumor and other pathological features（ P〉0.05）, and had close relation with pathological features, such like depth of invasion and pathological grading（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of TIP30 on bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue has obviously declining trend, whose declining or loss expression has great possibility of occurrence and development of bladder urothelial carcinoma, has negative relation with grade malignancy and depth of invasion, and participates the processing of transference and invasion of disease.
