合理情绪疗法对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者心理状态和情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨合理情绪疗法对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者心理情绪的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2017年4月于我院就诊的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者76例,采用数字随机表法分为观察组(n=38)与对照组(n=38),两组患者均接受R-CHOP方案治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予合理情绪疗法,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果与干预前相比,两组患者的SCL-90评分均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者干预后的SCL-90评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与干预前相比,两组患者的QLQ-C30评分均显著升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者干预后的QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪疗法能够有效提高弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的护理效果,缓解患者的负面情绪,改善心理健康状况,并有效提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of rational emotional therapy on the mental emotions in the patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Methods From May 2016 to April 2017, 76 patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma who were treated in our hospital were selected. Digital random table method was used to divide the patients into observation group（n=38） and control group（n=38）. Both groups were given R-CHOP regimen. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and patients in the observation group were given rational emotional therapy on this basis. The nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results Compared with those before intervention, the scores of SCL-90 in both groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the score of SCL-90 in the observation group after intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; compared with those before intervention, QLQ-C30 scores in both groups were significantly increased（ P 0.05）; compared with those in the control group, QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rational emotional therapy can effectively improve the nursing effect of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, relieve the negative emotions of patients, improve mental status and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
