摘 要:催化氧化技术在工艺废气VOC治理中已经得到广泛应用。PTA装置PX氧化反应尾气中VOCs和其它有害物质经过催化氧化处理后,能够满足排放标准。尾气中夹带的少量PX、醋酸、一氧化碳、氧气,加上辅助燃料甲醇,在高温下通过催化氧化反应器,该系统的工艺危害主要为火灾爆炸。基于危害分析并结合工艺要求提出对策措施,包括温度、压力、流量等过程控制,以及辅助燃料混合器的设计优化、保安氮气配置、独立的安全仪表系统的设置,可以满足本质安全要求。Catalytic oxidation technology has been widely used in the treatment of VOC waste gas. In the PTA plant,VOCs and other pollutants in the off-gas from PX oxidation reactor can meet the emission standards after catalytic oxidation treatment. The small amount of PX,acetic acid,carbon monoxide and oxygen entrained in the off-gas,plus methanol used as support fuel,pass through the catalytic oxidation reactor at high temperature. The process hazards of the system mainly include fire and explosion. Based on hazard analysis and process requirements,some countermeasures are put forward including process control of temperatures,pressures,flow. Other countermeasures cover the design optimization of the support fuel mixer,safe nitrogen system equipment,and independent safety instrumented system settings. These measures can meet the requirement of intrinsic safety.
