摘  要:随着我国民用航空运输需求的增长,航班延误问题日渐严重,航班延误成本在航空公司运营成本中所占比率也越来越高。为了有效减少航空公司的运行成本,以延误成本最小、时间成本最小以及燃油成本最小为目标函数,建立了机队优化效率评估模型,并引入遗传算法进行求解。以某航空公司真实数据作为算例,代入模型计算最优机队配置方案,并与原方案进行对比分析。计算结果表明:提出的模型可以有效地为航空公司节省成本开支,验证了模型的有效性与可行性。As the increasing requirements of Chinese civil Aviation,the phenomenon of nation's flight delays have been increasingly serious. The cost of flight delays is also increasing in airline operating costs.To effectively reduce the operating costs of airlines,aiming at minimizing the delay cost,time cost and fuel cost,establish a fleet optimization efficiency evaluation model,and introduce genetic algorithm to solve this problem. Taking real data of an airline into the programming model to obtain a optimal fleet configuration,and compare result with the original configuration. The results validate that the established programming model can save the operating costs effectively,verify the validity and feasibility of this model.
