A Study on the Construction of Teachers' Professional Ethics in Newly-Established Undergraduate Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of “Duty Returning”

摘  要:在新建本科院校井喷式发展背景下,师德建设方面出现了经师型与人师型的冲突、言教型与身教型的矛盾、园丁型与撞钟型分化。这些冲突、矛盾及分化,既有新建本科院校历史及现实的问题,又有经济社会发展的现实问题。新建本科院校应着力于回归到教书育人这一本分,完善教书育人的人才培养体系,完善教书育人的运行基本机制,树立教师师德师风模范引领风尚,坚持道德高标与道德底线结合理念。With the spurt of development of newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities,such problems in the construction of teachers' professional ethics as the conflict between practical and educational teachers,the contradiction between precept-based and example-based teaching and the polarization between conscientious and irresponsible teachers have arisen.Those problems are attributed to both historical and realistic problems in the newly-established ones and practical problems due to socioeconomic development.The newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities should focus on the duty returning of imparting knowledge and educating people,perfect the personnel training system based on the duty,perfect the basic operating mechanism based on the duty,set up models of teachers' professional ethics,and uphold the idea of combining high ethical standards and moral limits.
