联合瑞文测验与韦氏成人智力测验在Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症的应用

摘　　要：目的研究联合瑞文测验和韦氏成人智力测验对于Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者的应用效果。方法收集2013年3月~2016年1月精神分裂症患者共100例,采用阳性、阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神病理将符合Crow TⅠ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症诊断标准的患者分为A、B两组,每组50例。同时采用联合型瑞文测验与韦氏成人智力测验分别对两组患者进行智力情况评估,将资料整理,进行对比、统计及相关分析、研究,比较两种测验方法的差异,找出适合精神分裂症智力评估的方法。结果所有患者经联合型瑞文测验换算后总智商为(75.98±13.63),经韦氏成人智力测验换算后总智商为(75.11±11.27)。结论联合瑞文测验和韦氏成人智力测验均能较好的反应精神分裂症患者的智力水平,但前者操作更方便,有利于临床诊断。Objective To study application of combined Raven test and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Test in type I and type Ⅱ schizophrenia. Methods Atotal of 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Yichun Third People＇s Hospital from February 1, 2013 to January 31, 2016 were col- lected, the positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） was used to assess the criteria of psychopathology in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Crow-, T type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ schizophrenia. The patients were divided into two groups, A and B, with 50 patients in each group. At the same time using the combined Raven＇s test and Wechsler Adult Intelligence test were carried out to assess the intelligence of two groups of patients. Data collation, comparison, statistical and correlation analysis were analyzed, compared the differences between the two test methods, and to find out a method for mental assessment of schizophrenia. Results All of the patients after joint raven＇s test conversion as the total intelligence quotient was （75.98±13.63）, the wechsler adult intelligence test total intelligence quotient was （75.11± 11.27） after conversion. Conclusion The combined Raven test and Wechsler Adult Intelligence test could react better in patients with mental intelligence division, but the former is more convenient in opertion, which is conducive to clinical diagnosis.
