摘　　要：教学资源建设是现代教育的重要构成要素,本文基于创新与实践一体化的视角,构建工商管理类专业核心课程教学资源建设体系,具体包括课程教学资源库结构、功能与成效的概念模型研发与设计,课程教学资源库开发与建设,教学资源库有效运行的管理与维护手段开发与建设,以及教学资源库功能与成效评价的信息采集与研发手段的建设,并提出教学资源体系的建设目标,同时探讨建设方案的实施路径和实施方法,最后对建设体系的预期效果和成果进行分析。The teaching resource construction is the important component of modern education. This paper based on the perspective of integration innovation and practice, built a teaching resource construction system of core curriculum about business management specialty,including the teaching repository conceptual model of the structure, function and effect, the research and development and design,development and construction of teaching resource, teaching resource effective development and construction, operation management and maintenance of means and teaching resource database function and effect evaluation of the construction of information collection and research methods. Then the paper put forward the construction goal of teaching resources system, and discussed the implementation of the construction scheme path and the implementation method. Finally the paper analyzed the desired effect of the construction of system.
