摘 要:分析了目前高职教学考评环节存在的问题,提出开放式教学考核模式,对该考核模式下学生的学习行为进行了分析,研究结果表明:开放式的考核模式不仅有利于高职学生知识、技能的掌握,而且对于学生职业素养和综合能力的培养与发展起到积极作用。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching evaluation section of higher vocational education, proposes the open teaching assessment model, and analyzes the learning behavior of the students under the assessment model. The research results show that the open assessment model is not only beneficial to higher vocational students' mastery of knowledge and skills, but also play an active role in the cultivation and development of students' professional quality and comprehensive ability.
