摘 要:为提高设计效率,在UG二次开发的基础上,对回转式闭锁机构进行参数化设计。在UG/NX8.0的操作界面下运用表达式的功能完成回转式闭锁机构参数化模型的建立,结合开发工具UG/Open Menu Script建立菜单文件、UG/Open UIStyler创建对话框,依托Microsoft Visual studio 2010下的Visual C#语言,生成基于UG对话框的动态链接库文件(*.dll文件),通过定制的菜单调用*.dll文件,完成回转式闭锁机构参数化系统设计。结果表明:该系统能准确、快速、有效地完成回转式闭锁机的参数化建模,可为提高闭锁机构的设计、制造和装配水平提供参考。In order to improve the efficiency of design, the parametric design of rotary locking mechanism was carried out based on the secondary development of UG. Used the function of expression to complete the establishment of parametric model of rotary locking mechanism under the UG/NX8.0 operation interface, and combined with the development tool of UG/Open MenuScript to build menu files, with UG/Open UIStyler to create a dialog box, relying on the language of Visual C# in the Microsoft Visual studio 2010 to generate a dynamic link library file (*. dll file) based on the UG dialog box. Called *. dll file through the customized menu, complete the parametric system design of rotary locking mechanism. The results show that the system can accurately, quickly and effectively complete the function of parametric modeling of rotary locking mechanism, and will provide some references to improve the rotary locking mechanism’s design, manufacturing and assembly level.
