摘  要:辐射防护用便携式X、γ辐射剂量当量(率)仪通常采用电离室、GM计数管、闪烁体和半导体等探测器。实验测量并统计了应用不同探测原理的共14种型号、309台便携式X、γ剂量当量(率)仪的相对固有误差和能量响应两项主要计量性能,依据JJG 393-2003《辐射防护用X、γ辐射剂量当量(率)仪和监测仪》进行分析评价。结果表明,相对固有误差合格率为88%,能量响应在0.60~1.40之间为60%,相对固有误差和能量响应同时满足技术要求范围的为55%,表明辐射防护用便携式X、γ辐射剂量当量(率)仪检定校准的必要性与重要性显著。Ion chambers, GM counter tubes, scintillators and semiconductor detectors are mostly used for portable X and Gamma radiation dose equivalent (rate) measurement in radiation protection purposes. In this paper, the metrological performance, which represented by relative intrinsic error and energy response, were counted and analyzed based on JJG 393-2003 X and Gamma Radiation Dose Equivalent (Rate) Meters and Monitors Used in Radiation Protection from total 309 radiation dose equivalent (rate) meters of 14 different models in 4 different detector types. The result shows the pass percent of relative intrinsic error is 88%, of energy response within the limitation 0.60~1.40 is 60% and of both is 55%, and it is important and necessary for verifcation and calibration of portable X and Gamma radiation dose equivalent (rate) meters in radiation protection purposes.
