摘  要:提出一种四角固支瓦楞缓冲包装结构,研究其核心结构件三角形瓦楞缓冲衬垫的静态缓冲性能。对四角固支瓦楞缓冲结构形式进行简化,以三角形支撑结构单元为研究对象,构建其缓冲结构试验模型,设计静态压缩试验,制作不同规格三角形瓦楞缓冲结构试样。通过静态压缩试验中不同载荷下试样变形量的数据,曲线拟合得到该缓冲结构的应力—应变曲线,再消除材料尺寸的影响,得到其应力—应变曲线、缓冲系数—最大静应力曲线。试验表明,用于四角固支的三角形瓦楞缓冲结构衬垫具有较好的抗压能力,能够承受较大的静态载荷,可用于四角固支瓦楞缓冲结构开发和设计。研究得到的应力—应变曲线、缓冲系数—最大静应力曲线可为四角固支瓦楞缓冲系统设计提供理论依据,指导实际生产中相应结构的缓冲设计开发,优化缓冲效率。A kind of four-corner fixed corrugation packaging structure is proposed, and the static cushioning performance of the triangle cushion inserts is studied. The structure is simplified at first, and then focused on its main component, triangle corrugated inserts. The paper constructs a test model of the triangle-supported four-corner fixed corrugation cushion structure, the static compression test is designed and tested, in order to get the cushion performance of the structure, and to obtain the corresponding cushion property curves of different specimen, such as stress-stain curves and C-σmcurve. It shows the triangle inserts has good compression resistant capability and able to stand a large static load, so can be used for four-corner corrugation cushion structure design. The research can provide theoretical basis to guide the design of the relevant cushion structure in packaging industry, also improve its buffer efficiency.
