摘 要:通过向导热硅脂添加普通石墨粉或纳米石墨粉,并采用氯仿溶液为溶剂,对混合浆液进行搅拌与超声处理,然后在干燥箱蒸发去溶剂,制备均匀混合的复合材料。对2类复合材料样品的导热系数与黏度进行测试与分析比较,进而对最优组的分油度、挥发率、锥入度及介电强度等性能与原样的试验进行对比研究。结果表明:添加普通石墨粉和纳米石墨粉,均能够增大导热硅脂的导热系数,使黏度急剧增大;添加9%质量分数的普通石墨粉复合材料的导热系数为2.20 W/(m·K),比原样的增大91.3%,黏度为484.9 Pa·s,是原样的4.4倍,但其他性能比原样有所下降。The common graphite or nano-graphite are added in thermal silicone grease to pre-pare the composite material. In the preparation progress, the chloroform is used as solvent. Mixmaster and ultrasonic treatment are conducted on the mixed slurry, then the solvent is volat-ilized in the drying cabinet, so that the silicone grease composite material is obtained with high mixture homogeneity. The thermal conductivity and viscosity of two kinds of silicone grease com-posite material samples are compared by test, so as to experimentally research the oil separation degree,oil volatilization rate, penetration and dielectric strength of the optimal set compared with the original sample. The results show that adding common graphite and nano-graphite can both enhance the thermal conductivity, and increase the viscosity rapidly. It is found that after adding 9% of common graphite,the thermal conductivity of the composite material is 2.20 W/ (m · K) 9 which is larger than the original sample by 91.3% 9 and its viscosity is 484.9 Pa · s, which is 4.4 times as large as the original sample, while the other related performances slightly decline.
