摘  要:目的:通过动物实验研究纯钛超声微弧氧化载杜仲提取物复合生物膜层对纯钛种植体骨结合的影响。方法:以纯钛超声微弧氧化(Microarc oxidation,MAO)为空白对照组A组,Ti-MAO-多巴胺为实验组B组,Ti-MAO-多巴胺-杜仲提取物绿原酸为实验组C组。扫描电镜观察3组种植体与周围骨组织结合的膜层的表面形貌及能谱分析,锥形束投照计算机重组断层影像设备(Cone beam CT,CBCT)从三维角度观察钛植入体与周围骨组织结合情况。结果:通过CBCT三维观察其骨结合情况效果最好的为8周时的C组,B组优于A组。通过扫面电镜、能谱、分析出8周的效果优于4周和2周,且C组效果最好,B组次之。结论:纯钛经超声微弧氧化-多巴胺-杜仲提取物改性获得复合生物膜层后,具有更佳的生物相容性,促进其骨结合的能力。Objective : To study the effect of the composite biofilm layer on the bone binding of pure titanium byultra -sonic micro-arc oxidation of eucommia ulmoides Ol iv. Methods: Pure T ita n ium ultrasonic Microarc oxidation (MAO ) as blank control group A group , Ti-MAO -dopamine as experimental group Bgroup, Ti-MAO-dopamine-eucommia extract chlorogenic acid as experimental group C group. T he surface morphology and energy spectrum of 3 groups of implantand surrounding bone tissue were observed by S EM,computerized recombinant tomography (Cone beam C T,CBC T ) with conical beam in the observation o f the combination o f t ita n ium im plant and surrounding bone tissue from three-d i-mensional angle. Results: By CBCT Three-dimensional observation , the best effect of bone bC , group B was superior to group A . The effect of 8 weeks was better than that of 4 weeks and 2 weeks by scanning e-lectron microscope , energy spectrum , and group C had the best e f fe c t,followed by group B. Conclusion: Pure tita n ium by ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation-dopamine-eucommia extract modified to obtain composite b io f i lm layer , has better b io-logical activities promote the ability of bone binding.
