摘　　要：医院在执行新住院医师规范化培训制度的过程中,遇到的问题(1)安排轮转计划。(2)入院、入科教育,岗前培训。(3)院级督导。(4)学员培训配套管理措施。(5)如何激励带教医师。(6)院内相关部门如何协调共同做好住院医师规范化培训工作。医院攻坚克难,不断完善管理制度,不断创新管理方法,逐步形成了一套较完善的配套管理措施,让参培的住院医师全身心投入到临床培训和学习中,更快的走上专业化的道路。同时也能促进医院的专科医师规范化培训工作顺利开展。In the course of implementing the standardized medical residency training system, the hospital has encountered problems： （1）Arranged the rotation plan.（2） Admission education. （3） Hospital level supervision. （4） Measures of management. （5） How to encourage teachers. （6） How to coordinate the relevant departments of the hospital. The hospital has overcome difculties, and constantly improved the management system, innovative management methods, and gradually formed a set of perfect management measures. So the training resident physicians can devoted to clinical training and learning and become more professionally. At the same time, it can also promote the smooth development of standardized training for specialists in hospitals.
