摘　　要：目的探讨风湿免疫科开展优质护理服务示范工程对提高科室整体服务质量的作用。方法我科室于2016年开展优质护理服务示范工程,不断纠正护理问题,提高护理服务质量。于开展前后的1年时间分别抽取200名患者,评价患者对各项护理服务的满意度。结果科室开展优质护理服务示范工程之后,患者对基础护理、护理管理、护理质量持续改进的满意度均明显高于实施之前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风湿免疫科开展优质护理服务工程有助于全面提高护理服务质量,获得较高的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of quality care modelengineering in rheumatology and immunology department. MethodsFrom 2016, Quality care model engineering was used in our departmentto correct nursing problems and improve the quality of nurse. Before andafter quality care model engineering, 200 cases of patients were selectedand the satisfaction of nursing service were compared. Results AfterQuality care model engineering, the satisfaction of nursing service wassignifcantly improved than before （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a greatefect of Quality care model engineering on patients with rheumatology andimmunology.
