摘　　要：目的系统分析医患关系中存在的主要问题,揭示问题的广度和深度,明确问题的严重性。方法通过文献归纳法,系统分析检索到的476篇我国医患关系研究的主要文献,归纳医患关系存在的问题,选取问题覆盖地域、研究者单位层次及问题涉及的领域范围等指标来计算问题的严重性。结果医患关系问题按严重性排序,前三位依次为:社会信任危机,医患信任缺失(归一化值为0.1013);医患纠纷增多,医疗环境恶化(归一化值为0.0778);医疗费用居高不下,患者满意度低(归一化值为0.0758)。结论明确我国医患关系的严重性问题,为相关政策制定和研究提供参考借鉴,为构建和谐医患关系提供借鉴。Objective： To systematically analyze the main problems existing in doctor-patient relationship,reveal the breadth and depth of the problems and clear the severity of the problems. Methods： Through the literature induction method,this paper systematically analyzed the retrieved 476 main literature of Chinese doctor-patient relationship research,concluded the problems existing in the doctor-patient relationship,and selected the problem coverage area,the unit level of the researcher,the domain scope of the problems involved and other indexes to calculate the severity of the problems. Results： The doctor-patient relationship was sorted by severity. The top three were： social trust crisis,lack of trust between doctors and patients,（the normalized value was 0. 1013）; increased medical disputes and deterioration of medical environment,（the normalized value was 0. 0778）; the high medical expenses and low patient satisfaction（the normalized value was 0. 0758）. Conclusion： It should clarify the severity of the doctor-patient relationship in China,provide reference for policy formulation and research of relevant units and provide guidance for establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
