摘 要:铁路桥涵设计规范的基本理论正在从容许应力法向极限状态法转轨,通过对主跨100 m连续梁采用极限状态法和容许应力法进行正截面抗弯强度、正截面抗裂性和斜截面抗裂性等结构控制因素的对比分析,校核铁路桥涵极限状态法设计规范的适用性,并对铁路桥涵极限状态法设计规范的部分内容提出修改建议。对比结果表明:两种方法的安全储备基本接近,采用容许应力法进行设计更为保守。研究结果对铁路规范的转轨工作具有一定的参考作用。The basic theories of design codes for railway bridges and culverts are converting from the allowable stress method to the limit state method. Based on the limit state method and the allowable stress method for main span 100 m continuous beam,such structure control factors as normal section flexural strength,flexural crack resistance and crack resistance of inclined section are analyzed,the applicability of railway bridge and culvert design specifications with limit state method are examined,and revisions of some of the specifications are proposed. The comparison results show that the safety reserves of the two methods are almost the same,and the design with allowable stress method is more conservative. The results of the study may provide certain references for the reformation of the railway codes.
