医学生学习倦怠、心理资本和应对方式基本状况调查

摘　　要：目的:调查医学生学习倦怠、心理资本和应对方式的现状与特点。方法:采用《大学生学习倦怠问卷》、《积极心理资本问卷》和《简易应对方式问卷》对蚌埠医学院1 610名医学生进行随机抽样调查。结果:医学生学习倦怠呈中等水平,且五年制医学生、女生、学生干部分别好于四年制学生、男生、非学生干部(p<0.01);医学生具有较好心理资本,且五年制医学生、女生、学生干部分别好于四年制学生、男生、非学生干部(p<0.01);医学生倾向于采取积极应对方式,且女生好于男生(p<0.01),学生干部好于非学生干部(p<0.05)。结论:医学生存在中等程度学习倦怠,具有良好的心理资本和积极应对态度,且三者在医学生学制、性别、身份这三个因素上表现出一定程度的差异。Objective In order to find out the status quo and feature of medical students＇ learning burnout, psychological capital and their coping style. Methods A random sampling survey of 1610 medical students is conducted by adopting the questionnaires College Students Learning Burnout Questionnaire, Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire. Results Showing that medical students learning burnout manifests at the middle level, and 5 -year medical students, female students and student cadres performs significantly better than 4 -year students, male students and non-student cadres （p〈 0.01）. This difference is also true on psychological capital survey （p〈0.01）, and medical students generally get a favorable mark in psychological capital. Medical students tend to adopt a positive coping style with female students performing much better than male students （p〈0.01）. Conclusion Medical students show a middle level learning burnout, perform well in psychological capital and possess positive coping style, but vary in education system, gender and identity.
