摘 要:橡胶元件在工业界得到广泛的应用,橡胶材料在不同动态激励下,其力学特征会发生较大变化。橡胶材料是一种典型的非线性材料,其弹性性能与硬度、载荷等多种因素有关,不能使用简单的弹性模量来表征。通过对橡胶材料的力学特性进行实验和分析,研究硬度对橡胶弹性模量的影响。通过对实验数据的整理分析,得到硬度对Mooney-Rivlin模型参数的影响规律,为深入分析橡胶超弹性特性提供可靠支持。Rubber components are widely used in industry. The mechanical characteristics of rubber materials will change greatly under different dynamic excitations. Rubber material is a typical nonlinear material. Since its elastic properties are related to many factors, such as hardness, load, and so on, rubber material cannot be characterized by a simple elastic modulus. Based on the experiment and analysis of the mechanical properties of rubber materials, the influence of the hardness on the elastic modulus of rubber is studied. By analysis of the experimental data, the influence of the hardness on the parameters of the Mooney-Rivlin model is obtained. This research will provide reliable support for the thoroughly analysis of the super-elastic properties of rubber.
