摘  要:针对缺齿故障的多级传动齿轮箱,由于幅值及相位调制现象带来的诊断问题,利用小波分析和包络谱分析,对直齿圆柱齿轮故障信号进行降噪和功率谱分析,准确的找到故障特征信号,诊断齿轮箱的故障。结果表明小波变换能够较好的诊断缺齿故障。In the light of diagnosis problems on multistage gear box with missing tooth fault caused by amplitude modulation and phase modulation. Using wavelet analysis and envelope spectrum analysis do the noise reduction and power spectrum analysis of the spur gear fault signal. Accurately found the fault characteristic signal, and diagnosed the fault of the gear box. The results show that the wavelet transform can be used to diagnose the fault of missing tooth fault.
