摘　　要：目的:探讨悬吊式腹腔镜与气腹腹腔镜手术对卵巢囊肿剥除术患者卵巢功能、炎症反应及应激激素的影响。方法:回顾性分析接受腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者作为研究对象,依据患者接受的手术方式分为对照组和治疗组,比较术前及术后24h炎症因子与应激激素水平及术前,术后3个月月经来潮第3d卵巢功能。结果:术前两组间TNF-α、CRP、COR、NE、E2、LH及FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24h治疗组TNF-α、CRP、COR及NE水平均显著低于对照组,术后3个月治疗组E2水平显著高于对照组,LH及FSH水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与气腹腹腔镜手术相比,悬吊式腹腔镜手术可有效减轻卵巢囊肿剥除术患者的炎症反应,降低应激激素水平,改善卵巢功能,具有一定临床价值。Objective：To investigate the effects of suspension laparoscopy and pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory response,stress hormone and ovarian function in patients with ovarian cystectomy.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the data of laparoscopic ovarian cyst denudation in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2017,and they were were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the surgical methods they accepted.The levels of inflammatory factors and stress hormone preoperative and postoperative 24 h,and ovarian function of the menstrual period 3rd day preoperative and postoperative 3 months of the two groups were compared.Results：There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α,CRP,COR,NE,E2,LH and FSH between the two groups before the operation（P〉0.05）.Postoperative 24 h,the levels of TNF-α,CRP,COR and NE in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 in the treatment group was higher than that in control group,the levels of LH and FSH in the treatment group were lower than those in control group postoperative 3 months,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery,suspended laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the inflammatory response,reduce the level of stress hormone and improve ovarian function in patients undergoing ovarian cystectomy,which has a certain clinical value.
