摘　　要：目的探讨纯钛支架义齿修复效果及对龈沟液中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的影响。方法选择我院2016年4月至2017年3月接受牙齿修复治疗的轻中度牙周病伴牙列缺损患者102例为研究对象,根据义齿修复材料不同分组,观察组51例接受纯钛支架义齿修复,对照组51例接受钴铬合金支架义齿修复,对2组患者龈沟液中hs-CRP、TNF-α水平及修复效果进行观察。结果观察组舒适程度、牙龈指数、美观程度、咀嚼效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患hs-CRP、TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纯钛支架义齿修复后的咀嚼功能较好,也利于患者牙龈状况改善,且能提高美观度及舒适度,控制龈沟液炎症因子水平,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the repair effect of pure titanium frame denture and its effects on the hsCRP and TNF-α levels in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with periodontal disease. Methods A total of 102 patients with mild to moderate periodontal disease and dentition defect, who received the repair treatment between April2016 and March 2017 in our hospital, were included as the subjects in the study. According to the denture materials,all the patients were divided into different groups. The study group（n=51） received repair of pure titanium frame denture. The control group（n=51） received repair of cobalt chromium alloy frame denture. The levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in the gingival crevicular fluid and the repair effect in the two groups were determined. Results There were statistically significant differences in the degree of comfort, gingival index, aesthetic degree and masticatory efficiency between the study group and control group（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α between the two groups before the treatment（P〉0.05）, whereas the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group after the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The repaired pure titanium frame denture shows good masticatory function, which favors the improvement of gingival condition. It can improve the comfort degree and aesthetic degree, and control the level of in-flammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid, which justifies widespread use in clinical settings.
