摘 要:教学学术思想是高等教育界为解决"重科研、轻教学"问题而提出的,军队院校作为军事高等教育的重要组成部分,也存在该问题。为此,主要从军队院校教学学术被忽略的原因进行剖析,并针对性地从教员自身和学校两方面提出了发展教学学术的相关策略。这些策略是提升教员能力与素质的具体举措,也是提高军队院校教学质量的方式方法。Teaching academic thought is advanced in order to solve the problem of "emphasizing scientific research but neglecting teaching" in higher education.Such a problem also exists in military academies which constitute an important part of military higher education and leads to a serious decline in teaching quality.The paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the neglect of teaching in military academies,and puts forward relevant strategies for developing teaching and learning in terms of teachers themselves and academies.They are concrete measures to enhance the faculty′s ability and quality,and also feasible ways to improve the teaching quality of military academies.
