摘 要:研究了糯米淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合改性对氯氧镁胶凝材料(MOC)性能的影响,通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR等对样品的水化相、微观形貌和官能团键合情况进行了表征和分析。结果表明:糯米淀粉复合聚乙烯醇改性有利于保持MOC体系中的强度相,糯米淀粉和聚乙烯醇的活性官能团与MOC发生一定的化学键合,使水化物呈现重叠交叉网状形貌,结构更加致密;3%糯米淀粉+1.5%聚乙烯醇复合改性MOC的软化系数达到0.89,耐水性能得到较大改善。The influence of the cooperative modification of glutinous rice starch amylopectin and pelyvinyl alcohol on the properties of magnesium oxychloride cement (MOC) was studied. The hydration phase compositions,micromorphology and functional group bonding of the samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD, SEM and FT-IR,respectively. The results show that the glutinous rice starch cooperative with polyvinyl alcohol was advantageous to maintain the strength phase within the MOC system, the reactive functional groups of glutinous rice starch and polyvinyl alcohol were chemically bonded with MOC,the hydration phase formed crossover network micromorphology and samples were more compact. The optimal dosage of modified magnesium oxychloride cementitious material was glutinous rice starch(3%) and polyvinyl alcohol (1.5%) ,and softening coefficient was 0.89,water resistance has been greatly improved.
