摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,我国高校离退休教师也日渐增加,这些老教师身体尚好,还有继续工作的愿望,他们的教学经验和教学能力也值得年轻教师学习。高校应制定相应政策,有效发挥这些老教师的能力,补充高校年轻教师经验、能力不足的问题。With the acceleration of the process of population aging in China,the number of retired teachers in colleges and universities in China is also increasing day by day. These old teachers are still in good health and have the desire to continue their work. Their teaching experience and teaching ability are worthy of young teachers to learn. Colleges and universities should formulate corresponding policies to effectively give play to the capabilities of these old teachers and to supplement the lack of experience and ability of young teachers in universities.
